Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchange policy
    • Exchange time is 3 days from the date you received your order.
    • The creation of the request for return the products through 3 days from the date you received the order.
    • In case the terms of your replacement match will send delegate to pickup the shipment and return it to the store.
    • If thr products to be returned have been received and confirmed that its in the original condition we will add the value of products and the tax in the wallet.
    • in both cases the shipping charges putting up in the clients office and will deduct from the total cost before add it to the wallet.
    • There's no Return/Exchange from the branches now.



  • Return policy
    • Returned time is 3 days from the date you received your order.

    • In case the terms of your Retrieval match will send delegate to pickup the shipment and return it to the store.
    • If the products to be returned to the store are received and confirmed to be in their original condition the value and the tax will transfer to your bank account.
    • In the case of acceptance on the retrieval order and received the product in the original condition in the store will transfer the final cost after shipping charges deduction during 14 working days.
    • There's no Return/Exchange from the branches now.



  • Shipping charges
    • If the products matched with the client order ,the shipping charges from the shipping point to the client and from the client to the shipping point again will put up on the client entirely.
    • If the products not matched with the client order the shipping charges will put up on the company.
