Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange policies for website:

• For our customers to shop with confidence and reassurance by exchanging their purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase, and returning them within 7 days from the date of purchase, please consider the following terms and conditions:

• The products must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
•  Products are unused and in their original condition when purchased.
• The products are not removed from the identification card (item card).

• Products that have offers or discounts may be replaced with products of the same purchase value or a higher value within only 3 days from the date of purchase, and no return is permitted.
• We regret not replacing or returning underwear, accessories and stethoscopes for health reasons.
• Products that were purchased before the offers and sales periods may not be returned during the sales and offers periods.
• It is not possible to use more than one offer at the same time, and discount coupons cannot be used at times of offers
• Opportunity to replace or retrieve one or several products in one invoice not to exceed twice.
• In the event of a second Exchange of the order, the customer will bear the shipping costs, which are 57.50 riyals.
• In the case of purchasing from the website, the exchange and return are made through the website only, and it is not permissible to exchange or return in the branches.
