Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange policies for website:

• For our customers to shop with confidence and peace of mind by exchanging their purchases if they are purchased without displaying the exchange period within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order and returning them within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, please consider the following terms and conditions:

• The products must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
•  Products are unused and in their original condition when purchased.
• The products are not removed from the identification card (item card).

• Products that have offers or discounts may be replaced with products of the same purchase value or a higher value within only 3 days from the date of purchase, and no return is permitted.
• We regret not replacing or returning underwear, accessories and stethoscopes for health reasons.
• Products that were purchased before the offers and sales periods may not be returned during the sales and offers periods.
• It is not possible to use more than one offer at the same time, and discount coupons cannot be used at times of offers
• Opportunity to replace or retrieve one or several products in one invoice not to exceed twice.
• In the event of a second Exchange of the order, the customer will bear the shipping costs, which are 57.50 riyals.
• In the event of purchasing from the website, the exchange and return are done through the website and all our branches except (Qatif, Al-Juf, Tabuk, Mecca, Hail)
• When the exchange request is submitted from the website within the specified period, the exchange process takes 21 days with the shipping companies to take the parts from the customer deliver them to the warehouse, and then ship them again when the safety of the parts is confirmed
• If the value of your order is paid through Tabby and Tamara, you can exchange your purchases within 7 days from the date of receipt, noting that the exchange must be of the same value or more, and it is not permissible to return, refund or cancel orders purchased through installment services.
